MS San Marino Captain's Log

	Problems from the Sea should be resolved in Land At the moment I am refitting the MS San Marino, I perform all the work myself in general, with help from my father, highly experienced seaman and marine engineer, best teacher I could have, usually through mobile phone and visits, also books and manuals. It is important that the all work is done by myself, only this way I will know exactly how and where everything is in the vessel, specially in difficult situatons. I've been at it since october 2005, there's still a lot more to be done, besides always being well taken care of, San Marino first touched the seas in 1993 and traveled extensively, plus to accomplish the Arctic journey it is necessary to be 100% in shape, as my dad says "problems from the sea should be resolved in land". It is important that the all work is done by myself, only this way I will know exactly how and where everything is in the vessel, specially in difficult situatons.
